Complete the SJBA online application form below. The parent statement and application fee must be submitted along with the diocesan application. There is a non-refundable $225 application fee per student for the first 2 students, $100 for the third, $550 max per family.
The Office of Child Protection and Victim Assistance in the Catholic Diocese of Arlington provides opportunities to report abuse, heal from abuse, and find support. Additionally, this office works to ensure that all children and youth in programs throughout the diocese have a safe environment full of caring and responsible adults to watch over them.
