Financial Aid
At Saint John the Beloved Academy, we believe that great families are a living cornerstone of the school and provide immeasurable gifts to others and the community. Due to the Tuition Assistance Programs of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, the generosity of Saint John the Beloved parish and many benefactors, we are able to offer financial assistance to deserving families and students. For consideration, please complete the application below.
Application Process
- The 2025-2026 Diocesan Financial Aid application in FACTS will open on November 1, 2024.
- Assistance with tuition expenses is available for families in need of assistance. Please visit https://online.factsmgt.com/Signin.aspx to download an application. Applications and all supporting tax documentation should be submitted by the due date.

- A processing fee is required
- Families seeking aid for students in BOTH ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL should follow the high school submission deadline.
Due Dates
- Elementary School | March 12, 2025 | You will need 2024 W-2s and Tax Returns
